Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) with tracking included.

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If your item is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue store credit equal to the value of your order.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping Notes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
At JazzyAugust, every item is handmade with care, creativity, and hygiene in mind. Because of the personal nature of our products:

All sales are final on bonnets, earrings, and custom orders — we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.

Custom orders are specially made just for you and are not eligible for returns.
Cancellations
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within that timeframe.
If Something Goes Wrong
In the rare case that:

Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

Your item is lost in the mail or never arrives
We’ll make it right by offering you store credit equal to the purchase amount, redeemable on any future JazzyAugust order.
